For decades, rock & roll and rhythm & blues have been a voice for the political times. To celebrate Kent Free Library's Politics of Sound adult programming theme in February, hear Erin Nicole Neal & The Chill Factors perform rock and soul songs that have a political message. No registration required. All ages are welcome. The concert will be held on the second floor balcony.
